Ways to get involved
Workplace visits
Invite a small group of young people to see what your business does. Even a two-hour visit can be transformative.
Work experience placements
Offer a structured placement of one to five days. We'll prepare the young person and support you throughout.
Skills sessions
Come into our setting and run a session on your industry, your career journey, or a practical skill you can teach.
Mock interviews
Help young people practise their interview skills with a real employer in a supportive, low-stakes environment.
Mentoring
Commit to a longer-term relationship with a young person — meeting regularly to offer guidance, encouragement, and insight.
Sponsorship & funding
Support the programme financially and help us reach more young people who need what we offer.
